Honourable Hyperblades is a space opera solo roleplaying game in which you play as THE EXILE, the sole survivor of a mystical order in the wake of a devastating galactic war. You must make your way through the galaxy and survive its many challenges to follow the one drive that keeps you going, all while adhering to the strange tenets of the oath you swore all those cycles ago...

Sessions take the form of episodic adventures in which The Exile finds themselves on a new planet in the midst of yet another crisis. How you solve these problems is up to you; diplomacy is just as enticing as violence, and your skill set is as unique as you are. Maybe your oath demands you leap into danger and play the hero, but maybe aiding the authoritarian machinations of The Regime is how you live to see tomorrow. 

The odds are stacked, and your death is overdue. But it's your honour on the line here, so get out there and wield your blade for the last time.

AN HONOURABLE PLAYTEST

Honourable Hyperblades is in playtest, and any feedback you would be able to provide about the game would be greatly appreciated. The game is feature complete, with all the rules necessary to create a character and play a campaign from start to finish being present. However, for the sake of brevity, much of the flavour text, worldbuilding content, and the random generation typical of solo play systems has been omitted from the rulebook. You may find it useful to combine the game with random tables or lore from your favourite sci-fi RPGs, though this is not a necessity.
